I am running a 6180DN, but cannot get it to duplex. When I go into the driver it says the duplex is available. When I tell it to get the info from the printer, it changes to not available. This printer is at a remote site and I am not there to check it out physically. Does this mean the duplex unit is not installed? I thought the DN had it. If it's not, sorry to bother you, but i it is, anyone have an idea how to access, or make the printer recognize it? We are running Windows 7 64 bit and using the PCL 6 driver.
Thank you for using the Support Forum. The Phaser 6180DN does include the duplex module. Please make sure you have followed the solutions for unable to duplex. If these solutions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
