Having issue when printing color docs. Getting these patterns (see pic) showing up. I found suggestions on here about doing a drum test and it prints these on every page. It only prints these patterns when I select color. No lines when printing the same document in B&W. I have replaced the magneta cartridge (only 1/3 used) twice and the lines are still showing. These are brand new OEM Xerox cartridges. I cannot believe that all of them are bad? Could this be another issue causing this?
Bueller? Bueller? Anyone?
Magenta laser lens is probably dirty.
Cleaned all of the lenses and still getting the marks while printing in color.. Any other ideas??
Even if I copy just a blank page, I am getting these same lines.
I found this below on a google search.. I have pretty much done all of this except cleaning the transfer belt.. Not even sure where this is located. I can't believe that OEM Xerox cartridges that are brand new out of the box would be the cause of this? Anyone else?
>I have had this EXACT same marks except in magenta. I installed a new cartridge and had the same issue. A new transfer belt DID NOT >solve the problem. After cleaning laser glass, and everything I could think of, I replaced the cartridge AGAIN, but this time I used a soft, >dry cloth to wipe the transfer belt before installing cartridge. I believe the transfer belt contaminated the new cartridge. Problem seems to >be solved at this point. The issue is, does Xerox have a problem in their cartridges that causes this unique mark? Any one else having >these marks?
This does not appear to be a sollution as rotating the belt seems to clean it as there are no patterns on the belt after rotating it. Anyone? This is most frustrating and should not be an issue with such a high end printer.
These are exactly the same patterns that I observe after changing the cyan cartridge.
I tried two new cyan cartridges, both OEM, no success.
Cleaned and checked everything to no solution.
Only happens, when printing in color.
Now I shook my empty cyan cartridge and reinserted it into the printer.
No patterns, plain cyan, just low toner. Definitely a cartridge issue.
Mine have been stored from a big order for perhaps two years in a dry place.
As we all have the same patterns: is this planned obfuscation or a production issue?
Has anyone found a solution to this problem. I have changed the cyan cathridge and carried out the suggested maintenance, however I still have the problem. I would appreciate your assistance
I just installed a brand new Xerox cartridge this morning and had the same thing happen. Does Xerox have anything to say about this? The old cartridge works fine but the new one covers every page with these marks. Has anyone found a resolution?
