When you print something, a print driver window will appear. Select "Properties", select "Paper", select "Other Type" and choose "Labels". And if you still have unfused print, you can choose another type (cardstock, heavyweight cardstock...)

Pardon my ignorance but where in the driver do I find that setting?

Hi,

Be sure to setup in driver the correct settings for that paper. It looks like to be an unfused print.

Phaser 6200 Black paint smudges

Jump to solution
Product Name: Phaser 6200
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

So I recently purchesed the Xerox 6200 and I am trying to print on specialized vinyl labels that are the the size of A4 sheets. Whenever I print something that has black paint on it the ink smudges all over the paper as if the ink doesnt stick to it. Now I tried it with other laser printers and no issue what so ever. I also tried to print multiple copies and sometimes only the fifth copy or so looked half decent. It doesnt seem to happen with other colors, only black and grey-ish tones.
