Just to add that we have tested all manner of paper, and there are quality problems throughout. The color transfer (and even more so for text or lines) is not resulting in a solid feel - it looks kind of like the old fax machines used to produce output

I cannot figure out why our print quality is so low - I have run all tests, and nothing can explain why our print quality has diminished so much (colors seem bland, text & lines look as if printed on a really cheap printer). Below are my test results (even installed Xerox Concierge to see if it could find possible causes):

Cyan 69%

Magenta 24%

Yellow 76%

Black 94%

Imaging Unit 34%

Fuser 81%

Transfer Roller 99% (recently replaced, but didn't fix problem)

Is it possible that one or two of the toner cartridges are bad?
