Phaser 6250 problem printing in color

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi, I have a Xerox 6250N that prints internal pages such as the Start Up Page in perfect color, but when I print from my computer, the output is ALWAYS black and white. There is no selection on the print job screen to make selections for printing preferences. Suggestions?
