Phaser 6280 Not Responding

Dear all


Have just reconnected my 6280 after relocation. New toner cartridges (all correct Xerox brand) installed, Ethernet connected, new drivers (Mac OS 10.11.6 El Capitan) installed. Config page prints fine, reports IP address etc. Built-in Demo page prints fine. BUT THEN


Send a test print from the Mac. Status display shows READY


But then nothing. My Mac's print queue reports PRINTER NOT RESPONDING.


Log in to the printer from Web browser, Centerware pages all come up fine, check and update as needed.


Try again. Still nothing. 


What do I do next?

Switch to an LPD or HP Jet direct port, don't use IPP


As seen here (different model, same scenario)
