Good morning, I did a search on the forums for this issue, but I didn't see any results for it. I have a customer that brought in their machine with this error code. According to the service manual, the most likely cause was the Image Processor bd. I ordered that board and one of our other techs installed it when it came in and the error message remains. According to the manual, the next step was to replace the MCU board. The board was ordered and it also did not solve the problem. Obviously, there could either be a problem with the wiring harness that connect the IP board to the MCU board, or possibly one of the boards we received is bad. Before I go any further though I wanted to check with the people here and see if they've encountered something like this before. We don't service many of this model machine here, so we don't have a lot of experience with them. Thanks for any help you can provide.
