Hi, Laurence!
Try printing using only b/w, or try printing using only one color, blue, yellow or black to see if the problem occurs with any other color.
Best Regards

Greetings,
I have the same problem. This afternoon I replaced a Magenta cartridge with a new official Xerox unit and it produces a line of 1cm squiggles, 25 mm apart, with an identical line of squiggles every 28mm down the page. Replacing it with another official cartridge produced the same problem. The plastic sheet roller in the cover produces the image every 70 mm. I don't think this is a cartridge problem.
Help!
The magenta cartridge is an OEM high-capacity. I replaced it today with another OEM, and there are still color marks that are less noticeable, but they look to be cyan in color. So it sounds like I also need a cyan replacement cartridge. I will call Xerox and ask them for replacement cartridges.
Hi mcurtis5484,
Thank you for using the Xerox forum.
Based on the description of your issue it seems that the print cartridge needs to be replaced.
Was this a new one, Xerox brand?

I just replaced my magenta toner catridge. When I print a test page in color, there are horizontal magenta marks that are 10mm in length and 15mm apart. When I print a document in black (not color), there are no marks. Do I need a new magenta toner cartridge?
