I am trying to set the IP Address for the printer manually. Pg 38 of thePhaser 6280 User Guide states:
To manually set the IP address:
1. On the control panel, select the Menu button.
2. Select the Admin menu, and then press the OK button.
3. Select the Network Setup menu, and then press the OK button.
4. Select the TCP/IP menu, and then press the OK button.
5. Select IPv4, and then press the OK button.
6. Select IP Address use the arrows to configure the IP values, and then press the OK
button.
I get to step 6 and it does not allow me to change the address which shows as 000.000.000.000
I have it connected to a Netgear Gateway Router RT314 which is connected to my RoadRunner Modem.
I am running Windows XP.
Any ideas on how to proceed are appreciated. BTW, it works fine with the USB connection.
