I am a student employee that works for my university's Public lab administrators. Lately we have been having issues with one of our phaser 6300/N printers where all colors except cyan print properly. When a "basic color balance - payday loans Cyan/Magenta" page was printed out, the three rows that showed constrasting amounts of cyan only showed small amounts of cyan printed in the high saturation area and the very low saturation area (-5 and +5). All of the other cyan color balance test areas from -4 to +4 are void of color and printed out white. My thought is some portion of the cyan toner release chute is blocked or the cyan toner laser/imaging drum is not working properly. Any input?
