Phaser 6360 Printing Problem

Please read this article/solution that appears in the Phaser 6360 Knowledge Base as it might provide a clue as to what is going wrong.  There could be two or three different things causing the issue that you are seeing and I'm not sure which so I'm giving you the link to the article so that you can read it and maybe find the answer.  When you click the link, the KB will open in a new window.  In the search field, type "two-sided printing" exactly as I have here (without the quotes) and then click on the first result "How to use automatic two-sided printing..."  The exact printer model you have is a factor, which may be why you are having trouble.  Read the article and let me know if you found the answer.

Hi,

My phaser 6360 is constantly getting paper jams at the registration roller when using tray 1 paper size A5. 

It either wraps itself around the roller or just crumples up on itself before it even gets fed to the roller. 

It is actually printing both sides, but seems unable to feed back through the printer after the second side is printed.  Printing to A4 from tray 2 is fine, its just when it is on the A5 setting. I've tried changing settings, as im thinking it must be something to do with the paper size, but have had no luck.

I'm stumped and can find no references to any similar problems, I'd would be grateful if anyone had any suggestions on how to prevent it jamming
