Phaser 6360DN - black friction impressions

The pages coming out of our Phaser 6360DN have a strip of what appears to be friction from a roller on the right hand side. If there is black toner on the right hand edge it has a cracked appearance. There are some ghost images that appear as well.

What do you suggest? I've tried nearly all the troubleshooting in the menu

I doubt paper is the concern, we are using Xerox business 4200 paper. it seems even when no toner is needed for the page the dark streaks appear, suggesting mechanical roller issue to me.
