Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for no power.  I know you are getting power but some of these solutions may help with your machine's issue.  If none of the solutions help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Phaser 6500 Laser Error 061-370

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

My Phaser 6500 starts up normally and then after a few seconds flashes "Laser Error...Error 061-370...Restart Printer". I have restarted the printer numerous times but the error keeps reoccurring. I have removed the imaging assembly and cleaned the lenses but that has not helped.

Are there any troubleshooting steps I can try? The printer is less than a year old.
