Phaser 6500 Manual Feed Selection Missing / Not Working

Product Name: Phaser 6500
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I've installed the Phaser 6500 Windows 10 64-bit PCL6 V3 Print Driver and the Phaser 6500 Windows 10 64-bit PS V3 Print Driver on both a Win 10 x64 machine and on a Win 11 x64 machine.

With the PCL6 V3 driver, there is no option to select the manual feed slot.

With the PS V3 driver, the option is there to use the manual feed slot, but it prints a blank page and then an error page that says:

     ERROR: undefined




I used to be able to print to the manual feed slot just fine on a previous Win 10 x64 machine. I'm pretty sure I was using the PCL6 driver, but I don't know what version or if old driver versions are available to download. The user interface for the PS V3 driver I installed looks like what I remember.  I'd prefer to use the PCL6 driver, but I'd use the PS driver if that's the only option.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
