Phaser 6500 Spotting

We have quite a few phaser 6500 printers and the most common issue we have are 2 lines of spots appearing on an A4 sheet approx 28mm  apart. I have cleaned via the maintainance schedule and even changed the fuser, replaced the imaging unit and checked the transfer belt for marks/damage.

Hey you!

In what colors are these spots?

Re: Phaser 6500 Spotting

Hey you!

It's one of the imaging units or the lens behind it, have a look at this LINK.

If cleaning won't help try replacing the cyan imaging unit.

If it's 28mm on the other machine too, do the same with the magenta imaging unit on that machine.

Best Regards
