I haven't been able to find anything by searching so posting for help.
This morning our printer started printing all documents with a light magenta background so that all our documents look pink. All other colours print without issues so they look like we used pink paper though you know it's not as you can see some streaks and roller marks.
The attached image shows it as best I can, but the photo doesn't really show all of the magenta which is covering the whole page almost uniformly. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as we pretty much can't use this printer now.
