PS driver does not have this issue. Only PCL

 

Reinstalling printer drivers.....

Phaser 6500 prints grayscale like it's a mono laser

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

This the fourth brand of color laser that I have used for printing xray images. 

It is the only one that prints grayscale like it is a monochrome laser. Consequently, the images are useless.

 

Is there a driver or printer option to force grayscale to color printing instead of mono?
