Thank you for joining us here on the forum and welcome.  Please make sure that you specify the correct paper size at the machine and the software.  Please follow these instruction for setting the paper at the machine.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Phaser 6500 will only print corretly on 8x10

Hi everyone!  Newbie here!

I just purchased a 6500 to print birthday invitations and am having some issues. 

 

I'm trying to print on 5x7 or 10x7, i've used the tray and the manual feeder.  The alignment is off, the printer believes I'm printing everything on 8x10.  I've specified paper size in my software but still nothing.  I've tried printing from different softwares, PSE11, Adobe.  I have Windows 8 and a MAC.

 

Any help is highly appreciated!
