Hello There
I am having a similar issue with my C9000. I tried to turn it on and received the 117-319 code. Tried to power down and unplug and restart. Also tried to use Download Mode and to boot from a USB but nothing seems to be working.
If anyone has any suggestions, it would be much appreciated :)
Kind Regards
Michael
Hi,
In this case you will need a tech to perform LONG DIAG MODE or even NVM INIT MODE in Special Boot under the machine Diagnostic Mode .

Hey Gabi,
Thank you for the suggestion; I have reinstalled the driver and tried to update the firmware but the printer is not found by the install tool by USB or Ethernet so no IP address. I have tried several USB ports front and rear and there's no recognition of the printer.
As soon as the printer comes on it's asking for a reboot. To reboot just turn off then back on? Is there a particular keypress or combination of key presses for a reboot?
Glen
Hi,
Try to upgrade to the latest firmware version.

My 6510 is about 2-years old (built March, 2019) and has worked well until the past few weeks. Occasionly I had to unplug/ replug to get it to come on. Now, it constantly asks for a reboot if I turn the printer off it will not come back on for about 5-minutes and it's asking for another reboot. No mention of reboot method in the manual or anywhere online that I've found. Is the printer repairable or is it ready for the landfill?
Thanks,
Glen
