Cleaning of the transfer belt solved the problem
Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100
I have already carried out wat is adviced in this article:
Media way is clean and I replcaced the black ink cartridge.
But problem is still existing.

On a Xerox Phaser 6510 I have the following problem with print quality:
The first pages of a print job are showing vertical smeared black lines. The quality of the printout becomes better and better from page to page and from page 8-10 on print quality is almost ok.
When I send the next print job it shows the same issue: Again the first pages of the print jobs are showing vertical smeared lines.
Printer has printed about 3000 pages in total so far. The printer is located in an office room with about 21°C and about 40% humidity.
The paper we are using is Xerox Business.
I have tried the following:
- Cleaned the LEDs several times
- replaced black toner
- replaced black drum cartridge
The problem is still appearing as described above.
