Unfortuantely I haven't found a solution yet, and the Knowledge base wasn't particularly helplful. I'll try calling the Customer Service.

We have a few 6500s that are set up to auto-continue in B&W when the color is out. This lets the students continue printing assignments even if the color needs replacement.
We had to buy 6510s because the 6500s were no longer being sold. I'm uncertain if the 6510 supports this feature, and it's very important for classroom printing.
Does anyone know if the 6510 can auto-continue in B&W if the color toner is out?
