Phaser 6600 Streaks Every 45mm when Printing

Hello,

Horizontal streaks appear every ~45mm on pages when I print in BW and in color. Streaks are only black when printing in BW and are in color when printing in color. This typically happens for the first 4-5 pages of a print job, then it is cleared. However, it starts right back up again during the next print job.

I have tried troubleshooting but can't seem to figure this out. Any help is appreciated.
