Hello again.

Our technical support was able to duplicate the problem. He found that the Problem occurs when the “Size Mismatch” is set to “Nearest Size” (printer’s default setting). Changing this option to any other setting will solve the problem. He suggests you try: “Use Bypass Tray”.

Thanks for the follow up; i'm curious, where can i find this dialog in the OS X system? Can you give me precise instructions?

Hi plantgoodseed.

What you will need to do is access CWIS (CenterWare Internet Services) first.  Here is a link to the kb for Phaser 6600 Online Support Solution Access CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) 

Then use the following path: using CWIS go to Properties/General Setup/System Settings.

Just go to your printer setting and check are the basic and advance setting are done completely. If not then check all settings and make it complete. Your problem will be resolve.
