Phaser 6600 won't print shades of green

There are basically 2 scenarios.

You have a green that is out of gamut or you are letting Illustrator decide how the color should look, so the printer is trying to print RGB instead of CMYK.

So set Illustrator to Let PS Printer determine color and hope it works.

Hello,

I'm pulling my hair out. My phaser 6600 printer won't print various shades of green in a background image. In Illustrator all the greens appear vibrant and varied rich greens. On print, it's one very dark solid green.

Can't figure it out. Tried CMYK and RGB modes, no change. Tried brightening it up, still same dark green.

All other colors print normally.

Any suggestions?
