I would suggest that you review the following solution which was found on our Phaser 6600 Support & Drivers site. There are also many helpful videos there, which could clarify solution steps.

 

Fault Code 092-672: C Test Patch Err. Power Off / On. Error 092-672 Power Off / On Message.

Phaser 6600DN Error 092-672

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Phaser is throwing that error after printing about 25 pages. No other faults are listed aside from a 075-100 jam error.

 

The unit has 590 pages on counter.

 

768MB RAM

engine version 2.00.01

NW firmware 90.66
