Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you are following the information in the solution for changing the default printing options in the driver.  Make sure that you are changing these options at the server level if the printer is being pushed to the clients or change them at the PC if the driver is loaded locally.  If this information does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Phaser 6600dn Duplex Printing Server 2008

I have set up a Phaser 6600dn on Server 2008.  Everywhere possible I have set it to print one sided and it refuses to do so.  I can do so setting one sided printing out of Word of Reader but it doesn't default to that.  Annoying.

 

Second question along the same lines.  The bypass tray wont feed unless it is chosen in the page setup of the application.  It is set as Bypass Tray1 Tray2 for priority.  The printer doesn't seem to adhere to any of the settings I have chosen.
