377.106 is a post fuser jam (near the exit)

377.900 is also a jam but I am not certain where.

 

I figure if you are posting here, there is no current jam you can find, which would imply the printer thinks there is one, but there isn't, which would mean a sensor is faulted (possible) or dirty (likely).

 

Your best bet is to look online for a "Phaser 6700 Service Manual" to guide you through finding the paper path sensors.

Phaser 6700 error messages need help

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We are getting a couple errors on the Phaser 6700dt that we cannot find resolution for.

 

377.106.14 and 377.900.10

 

Nothing comes up when googled, is there a list of errors somewhere already.

 

direction would be appreciated.  Thank you
