Phaser 6700 vertical band left edge only cyan

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

i have a 6700 that is printing light along the vertical left side this only occurs with the cyan - changing the drum and the toner (twice) does nothing i have cleaned the lens serveral time - the band is not a solid linear band but more of a wavy or jagged edged band.   any ideas?
