Phaser 6700dn Density Sensor Error

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have a Phaser 6700dn printer which is returning a Density Sensor Failure error (code 392.320.01). I have performed the procedure from the manual to clear it, three times, but when the printer powers up and finishes self-test, it still displays the error. Is there another way to clear this error?
