Phaser 7100 error message 116-317

Product Name: Phaser 7100
Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

It came up with a Download Mode which would not go away, after restarting it now flashes a RED NEON and chinese characters with error nmessage 116-317 HELP please
