Phaser 7100N Banner Sheet disabling

Hello.

I have tried everything I can find to turn off the Banner Sheet from automatically printing on my new 7100N.  My older unit does not use it.  We do NOT want to have banner sheets.

How can I permanently disable this feature?

What is the Everything that you tried?

NOTE: Banner sheet printing must be enabled in the print driver. This type of printing must also be enabled at the Control Panel or within CWIS, otherwise the banner sheet will not be printed.

To Enable or Disable the Banner Sheet Using CWIS

  1. Open CWIS. Click on the [Properties] tab.Click on [Services] on the left side of the page.
  2. Click on [Printing].
  3. Click on [Print Mode].
  4. Under the Banner Sheet section, select [Enable] next to Sensing Separator Page.
  5. Select one of the following options from the Banner Sheet pull-down menu.
    • [Start Sheet]
    • [End Sheet]
    • [Start Sheet and End Sheet]

NOTE: Select [Off] to disable the Banner Sheet.

  6. Select the tray to use for printing the banner sheet(s).
  7. To allow banner sheet printing to be enabled or disabled from the print driver, select [Enabled] next to Allow Print Driver to Override.
  8. Click on the [Apply] button.

To Enable or Disable the Banner Sheet From the Control Panel

  1. Press the [Menu] button on the Control Panel.
  2. Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow buttons to navigate to Admin Menu, and then press the [OK] button.
  3. Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow buttons to navigate to System Settings, and then press the [OK] button.
  4. Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow buttons to navigate to Banner Settings, and then press the [OK] button.
  5. Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow buttons to navigate to Banner Sheet, and then press the [OK] button.
  6. Navigate to [Start Sheet], [End Sheet], or [Start Sheet and End Sheet], and then press the [OK] button.

NOTE: Select [Off] to disable the Banner Sheet

  7. Select [Driver Settings] to allow banner sheet printing to be enabled or disabled from the print driver, and then press the [OK] button.

And of course in the Printing Preferences it can be disabled via this window.
