Hi Brian,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you are following all the instructions for loading the paper tray. Make sure the paper guides are in the correct position. Try selecting print as image in your Adobe setup.  If this does not correct the problem please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Phaser 7500 DN problems printing tabloid

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Using either Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, Or Mac Preview:

 

When Printing an 11x17 document to tabloid size paper, the printout image is enlarging to about 130%.

 

No matter what settings I change, the Xerox will not print actual size or shrink to fit.

 

The image looks perfect in the driver preview window, but the printout is always enlarged.

 

This is not happenening with 8.5 x 11 documents.

 

I am using Macs running OS X Yosemite (and also tried on a Mac running Snow Leopard.)

 

Please help!
