Phaser 7500 Doesn't recognize that Tabloid and 11x17 are the same size

This seems to be a flaw in the driver, but I've noticed that when printing to "11x17" not specified as "Tabloid" we get a "Paper Not Available" message even though it is loaded. If we specify "Tabloid" it will print fine. It should equate that these are exactly the same paper size. This a big issue because the PDF software, both Adobe and Bluebeam both specify the size as "11x17" when they print.

Hi truckmann,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that the paper size is set correctly in the printing defaults by going to printer properties, select  the Advanced tab then select Printing Defaults.  The Printing Defaults window will be displayed.  Select the arrow in the Paper field and select  Advanced Paper selection and make sure the paper is set correctly for each tray in this window.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
