Phaser 7500, won't Recognize Tray 3

I have a Phaser 7500 that has for no apparent reason stopped recognizing Tray 3. I have reinstalled the Xerox Printer driver several times. The problem is further compounded during the install it only recognizes my 7500 as a DN model versus the DT model it is.

I would welcome any suggestions.

You can change that in ur driver settings, under printer properties -> Configuration -> Installable Options.

hello. i'm on a mac using 10.11.4. where is this setting? is it part of the os preferences or a downloadable file? thanks.

go to Apple > System Preferences

click the 7500 and choose Options and Supplies

Then choose Options and you can set them there
