In the Printer Properties select the Advanced tab and set Margins to None - that worked for me.
Many years later I have found the solution!
In the Printer Properties select the Advanced tab and set Margins to None - that's it.
i don't know about the webui. this is the first i've heard of it.
i'm on a mac
it seems to print ok when printing on 12 x 18 size
Can you attach the PDF? If not:
What is the PDF page size set to? File>Print>Page Setup
In the Acrobat preview does it show it sized correctly? I tried resizing an image to 8.42*5.63 inches (I believe the equivalent)
Also, check that the "Choose paper source by pdf page size" is not selected.
What driver are you using? The Global, the PS and the Mobile I am looking at all use "Reduce/Enlarge" instead of "Scaling"
Are you perhaps on a Mac?
Does it make a difference if you switch PS with PCL or vice versa?
What happens when you just print from Photoshop where the file is created?
Lastly, to eliminate the OS and the driver, what happens to the output if you import the pdf file on the webui/ Centreware Internet Services?
I have a Phaser 7500 DT and I'm having problems printing images at 100%. I have set up a image file in Photoshop and converted it to a PDF for printing. The image measures 214mm by 143mm.
In the Acrobat X Pro print dialogue it's set it to 'Actual Size' and within the Xerox Printer Driver it's set to 'No Scaling'. However the images prints at 314mm by 243mm.
Any suggestions on how to print at 100%?
Cheers
Simon
