Thank you for using the Support Forum. There are a couple of things you can check.  First make sure the paper you are using is within specifications for the machine.  Also make sure that there is not a bright light or sunlight directly on the machine, intense light can sometimes cause an issue with the sensors.  If this does not help please consider contacting support for a service call since it may still be under warranty.

We are having an issue with paper jamming in the printer. I have found out that it is jamming when the paper exits the printer onto the paper tray. It will print 2 pages then jam. I've taken the cover off the top and found that the motor that is spinning the roller for the exit does not do it when it gets to the third page so the paper can not go out on the paper tray and jams. This is a new printer and have only had it for a few months.
