Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am unable to find a Phaser 7600 in the list of printers distributed in North America.  I am unable to offer an answer.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Phaser 7600GX: Paper jam when printing more than one duplex sheets

Hi all,

My Phaser 7600GX is printing fine as long as I do just simplex printing or print only a single sheet with duplex (A4 paper).

When I try to print more that one sheets with duplex (3, 4, 5, ... pages) I get a paper jam.

I already exchanged several parts but without success.

Does anybody know what the problem is and what will help?

 

Or is there a possibility to configure the printer not to print two pages at once?
