We upgraded our computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
Our Xerox Phaser 7750 has a static IP and networked to several computers.
First I tried installing the same driver that we used in 7. That one didn't see the printer at all. (maybe the settings were wrong)
Second, I tried installing the Global print driver. That wouldn't allow me access to our Oversized Tabloid size (12x18), so that one won't work for us. I tried printing, got the garbled text instead of the file I sent.
Third, I tried a different installation using the original driver again. This time creating my own port, and disabling the "LPM?" I found some instructions for a different printer. now I can see the Tabloid extra size, but still prints the garbled text.
Can someone please help? I've been working on this for over a week now and can't seem to find any solutions here on xerox for my specific printer.
