has anyone had issues like this before? It is like a ghosting and all the colours have printed seperatly?
Hi,
It will be better to have a tech to look at your printer. It is possible to have a dirty MOB sensor, or a defective Laser Module, ot to do a NVM initialization. But first try to swap the drums between them and do a well cleaning of Laser windows with the cleaning rod.

This issue above came right after changing a toner cartridge, but it is now back again
Any advice would be very appreciated?!
Just thinking further on this
This issue is happening when using oversized paper from Tray 1, If I print on A4 from Tray 2 this issue doesnt happen?
Hi,
There are some scenarios for this issue:
- A software conflict between margin calibration and RegiCon was causin a color plane shift
- SRA3 margin alignment was incorrect. A new driver is required for SRA3 margin update to function correctly
- A defective Configuration Card.
