Phaser 7760 Load Tray Timeout

On my 7760 if you specifically choose a paper tray in the print feed part of the print menus it will only print until that tray runs out of paper.

If you have "autoselect" (I think that is what it is called) as the print feed chosen in the print menus the printer will change trays on its own when one runs out of paper.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I have looked through the information and it looks like 24 hours is the longest setting.  I do not see a way to turn it off.  There may be a way for a technician to turn it off.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

We have a Phaser 7760 and I am trying to figure out if there is a way to turn off the "Load Tray Timout" feature.  Our users do not want the printer to ever continue on printing with another tray when the original tray is out of paper.  I reviewed the Advanced Features Guide and did not see the ability to turn this off completely but only to delay the printing for up to 24 hours. 

Does anyone know if this is possible?
