We haven't seen this problem yet so there isn't much to go on. Can you tell me more about the jobs that you and/or your users are sending? What application(s) are you finding that produce the blank pages? Is it the same application all the time? How are your users connected to the printer? Has anyone noticed any paper multifeeds? Are your paper trays set up correctly with the right paper type and size settings? These are all factors that could contribute to the problem that you are seeing. Please provide as much information as possible and if you could provide a log from the device, that would be even better. Also, look for any faults that may be occurring and let me know what the fault code(s) are.
