Phaser 7760DN print quality using Windows 7

We have recently upgraded a number of computers in the office to Windows 7 and we are having a lot of trouble with color quality issues from these computers. We have uninstalled and re-installed the printer on the Windows 7 machines to no avail. We have used each print driver listed on the Epson site. Each computer generates a very washed out yellow-tinged image regardless of the program being used to print. However, when the same file is printed from a machine running Windows XP the printout is just fine. We are at a complete loss as to how to resolve this issue. thanks

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please follow this solution to make sure the print driver has been configured with the correct print model.  Also make sure that you have installed the driver correctly following the steps in the installation solution.  If all of this checks out please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
