CherlyO,
Over the past two weeks we have replaced the fuser 3 times. It seems to fix things for a bit then another jam. We have had a technician come put twice and it still jams. We've put in the paper that is supposed to be 99.00% jam free but I don't expcet it to fix the problem. When they print 11 X 17 one of the corners is bent upward. Not creased but definatly bent up. I'm wondering if you have ever heard of this issue and if what ever is bending it catches the 8.5 X 11 paper and sends it back around the fuser thus jamming the printer. When is the point when you start asking Xerox to replace the printer.
Thanks

Recently this fairly new printer has been having a lot of jams lately. We have replced the fuser twice. That was where the jams were occuring. It still jams upl. Any ideas.
