Thank you for using the Support Forum. All the information I can find says the following:

Maximum resolution: 1200 x 2400 dpi

  • Standard print-quality mode: 1200 x 600 dpi
  • Enhanced print-quality mode: 1200 x 2400 dpi
  • Photo print-quality mode: 600 x 600 x 8 dpi

NOTE: The print resolutions are indicated for PostScript print drivers only. The only print resolution for PCL is 600 x 600 dpi.

Phaser 7800 Print Resolution

Product Name: Phaser 7800
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I'm a bit confused about the print resolution. I've found different specifications. Can someone please clarify which ones are correct?

Printer Resolution (Service Manual)
Standard 1200x600
Enhanced 1200x1200
Photo 2400x1200

Printer Resolution (Technical Data Sheet)
Standard 1200x600 1 dpi
Enhanced 1200x2400 1 dpi
Photo Mode 600x600 8 dpi

I'd appreciate any help, thanks!
