Yes i tried that. The cyan handle can be pulled in/out ok but doesnt make a difference. Do you know if the developer easy to access to check? Plus would this be effecting just the cyan? Thanks for your help.

Was it only the cyan handle that you werent able to pull out and push back in?
If this doesnt fix it then the developer probably has debris in it causing a void on the developer brush.
Hi, our Phaser 7800 is 13 months old, but due to health hasnt been used much. Just 5k prints. Original toners except cyan which i changed because there was a solid white line across cyan only prints. Tried the cleaning procedure (pulling the plastic part) but cannot shift it. Can anyone help? if its a drum problem, shouldnt it have lasted more than 5k prints? Thank you.
