we have a 7800 which deletes approximately 5mm around all edges. it there a way to decrease this abit? Have a office product machine which uses the same engine which deletes the same amount but that has a margins off setting in the driver which decreases the margins down to around 4mm lead/trail edge and 2mm inboard/outboard. have checked the NVM setting for this in the machine and theyre set to 40 and 20 respectively. To work around the issue atm, ive changed the paper size to a few millimeters bigger than A4(213 x 297) which does the trick but would like to know this happens
