Hi,

Clean the magenta Led Print Head and replace the magenta drum.

Have you tried to printing the Repeating Defects Page to narrow down what part may be the issue?

Phaser 7800 line in Magenta

Product Name: Phaser 7800
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Phaser 7800 magenta print problem - 2.JPGPhaser 7800 magenta print problem - 1.JPGHi, I have a problem with my Phaser 7800 where there's a stripe not printing correctly in the Magenta. There's also a very slight magenta line in the Cyan, which is unusual.

Would anyone have any ideas on how to fix this or what I would need to replace to get it working as normal again?
