I'd guess you installed it with the Airprint driver, because those screenshots are nothing like what you would get installing the Xerox driver.

We just bought and set up a new Phaser 7800, but we can't seem to get it to print A3. It prints A4 just fine from tray 2 but can't seem to detect our A3 papers. We have tried placing the A3 papers in all of the trays and it's just not detecting them.
I've attached screenshot of the print dialogue, we're not even seeing an option for A3 under paper sizes.
I've also attached screenshots of our printer's settings. The priorities have been jumbled a little but we have tested all demonominations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
