Phaser 7800 not printing in the center

Hi! We have a Phaser 7800 we recently got and we're still at a learning curve with it. 

I'm a Graphic Designer and trying to complete a job for one of my clients. On yesterday the Phaser stopped printing the document/image in the center of the page. Whenever we print, its shifting the document to the right side of the page and its also cutting off part of the document. I was printing the document from my dropbox off the web and it was printing fine earlier that day and the day before. Now if I save the document to the computer and try to print, it will print the document correct (in the center), but we have a problem with the color of the document. It's printing it in a different color. We already calbrated the and did other color troubleshooting, but it still prints it in a slight different color. Like the image may be blue but it prints it out purple. When printing from the dropbox, it prints it out in the right color but the document is not printing in the center of the page. 

Does anyone know what could be wrong? How to get it back to prining in the center of the page? Any help is appreciated.
