Hi you!
Fault code 07.010 means that the Printhead is stuck in the tilted position, or is not able to tilt
forward to the print position, due to problems.
I would suggest trying to remove any inkspills arount the printhead area, if that does not work a Xerox Tech might be needed.

Hi I really hope you can help. I am having this error code with my printer. Do you know what it is?
I've cleaned the unit out but can't seem to get rid of the error.
